Aftercare for your treatments is your responsibility so here we have given you a page you have access to whenever you need after care advice.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SEMI PERMANENT EYEBROWS?
How to clean your brow area
1. Boil the kettle. (It is important to use boiled water to make sure the water is sterile)
2. Pour boiled water into a small bowl and wait for it to cool down.
3. With cotton wall, submerge the cotton wall into the cooled down water and gently squeeze the excess water.
4. With a soft patting motion remove the cream on your brows without catching the scabbing.
5. Pat the brow area dry.
6. Apply new cream to the brow area.
To avoid poor pigment retentions or infection, you must be sure to remove all previous cream before applying more.
Do not pick or remove your scabbing as this will affect pigment retention and could lead to infection.
Repeat these 6 steps every morning and night for 10 days or until scabbing has healed.
No swimming, workouts, sauna, sunbed or steam room for 2 weeks, as this will prevent pigment from settling into the skin, resulting in poor pigment retention.
Continue to reduce exposure to UV to avoid the pigment fading prematurely.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
1. Avoid using oils or oily products around the eye area.
2 Do not pick or pull at your eyelash extensions.
3. Avoid direct or close heat near your eyelashes.
4. Clean your eyelashes daily using a lash cleanser. (These can be purchased from Haus of Lashes & Brows).
5. Brush your eyelashes daily.
6. Maintenance is required every 2-3 weeks.
7. DO NOT apply mascara or strip lashes onto your extensions.
HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY TREATMENT?
LASH EXTENSIONS
- Avoid applying mascara or waterproof products on the eyelashes a week before treatment do to silicone residue. This will help maximise retention.
- Come to the salon with no make up on your eyes, if you're having a fullset be sure that all old extensions have been removed.
(Or book in for a removal and fullset).
- Do not tint your eyelashes 48 hours before your treatment.
- If you have previously had a lash lift, make sure there is no remnants and it has grown out before your lash appointment.
BROW LAMINATION
- Make sure there is no Henna applied before your treatment.
- Leave at least 6 weeks bewteen brow lamination treatments.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LASH LIFT & BROW LAMINATION?
DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES/BROWS WET FOR 24 HOURS.
USE CASTOR OIL DAILY ON YOUR BROWS - THIS WILL HELP WITH HYDRATION.
MAINTENANCE EVERY 6 WEEKS.
WHAT IF I AM UNSATISFIED WITH MY TREATMENT?
Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the treatment performed we do require that you return to the salon so the work can be visually inspected. At that time we will make every effort to correct any problem to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the artist who carried out the initial treatment at no additional charge.
